Director

Karen has been with the KPS since it begun 6 years ago. She has been at the forefront of diversifying the company through every change made, and is always looking to the future at how KPS can be the best at what we do.

Simon Tyas

Managing Director 

Simon has been with us since the very beginning, over 6 years ago. He oversees the day to day running of the business, liaising with clients and dealing with any situation that might come his way with ease. Having had many previous jobs in property and constructions, Simon has a very wide pool of knowledge, Making for the perfect person to manage his team.

Andy Gregory

Property Manager

Andy has been working with the company for 5 years now. His hands on approach to property management has made him a very valuable member of KPS. From making sure that all certificates are up to date and rent is paid on time to ripping up floorboards and re-wiring a house, Andy does it all.

Lettings Negotiator

Lewis Bragoli

Lewis joined us in September as a Junior Lettings Negotiator, working out of our Hastings office. His role consists of matching tenants with their ideal property and working with landlords and tenants to ensure that all their needs are met. With experience in the customer service sector, Lewis has a passion for making people happy, excelling in communication and customer care and always going the extra mile for our clients.

Owen Dunk

Property Maintenance

Owen has been with the team since august. He has excelled in his role, doing whatever is needed of him to keep tenants happy and always throwing himself in the deep end with a smile. With a background in hospitality and hands-on building experience, Owen brings precision, professionalism, and genuine care to every property that he works on.

Ted

The Real Boss

Ted has been at the helm of KPS’s growth for the last few years. He is often found ordering the team around (mostly if there are treats in the office). Ted is also the team therapist. If things get a little too much, he will always be there to ease the stress.
