Step 1:
Give us a call or fill out one of our contact forms and one of our team will be in touch shortly to arrange a visit.
Step 2:
A Key Property Solutions Valuer will visit your property and discuss the potential and how the service works in more detail. They will then be in touch to agree a rental figure and a start date for the agreement.
Step 3:
Our team will then ask for all of the relevant documents to comply with Anti-money laundering legislation and to ensure that the property is safe. Once the contract is signed by both parties, the property will be managed and let by KPS and you can look forward to less worry and regular, no hassle, rental income.
